Hi, I’m Dr. Patricia Skergan. I’ve been practicing Chiropractic for over three decades and am still very passionate about working to allow your body to function optimally through Chiropractic adjustment. My technique is gentle and effective – there is no twisting or popping. I use instruments and light palpation to adjust your spine and nervous system. This calming technique triggers your innate or internal intelligence to allow for a healthy response. In fact, the adjustment session is very relaxing and most people feel better soon after.

Because tensions and the stress of life seem to be on the rise, I wanted to help people and myself with more accessible tools – hence my deep dive into Breathwork. We can use the breath as a tool to change body temperature, enhance energy levels, impact the immune system, and improve metabolic function. It has definitely helped me with sleep, as well.

Breathwork can be used as a tool at your discretion. If you can’t sleep at night, are emotionally upset, have increased anxiety or frustration or anger, then breathwork may help. You can always use your breath to change your internal environment. And it’s free!

Elemental Rhythm Breathwork: Breathwork is focused on conscious breathing to create an experience. The mechanics, rhythm, and rate of our breath changes our physiology. Brain waves alter, body chemistry adapts, and nervous system expression changes.
